Dark Chapter three: Snowmance?

Stephano and I in only a few hours seemed to know everything about each other that no one else even knew! We decided to rest though mainly for me to sleep but in the end Stephano fell asleep while I sat awake in bed. I smiled at his cute sleepy nature...he looks oh so innocent almost kitten like I thought. I forced myself up as I was feeling much better...I still have a limp though. I limped over to him sliding him in the bed slowly and carefully as he caressed the covers mumbling. I listened a bit closer as the mumbling formed into clear words "I....will..kill...them all...for..you..My princess..." he said before rolling over again. I wanted to pretend those word's where for me even though they where probably for some girl he liked. I frowned before noticing an unusual white glow emitting from outside.

I stood on top of a chair to get a better look at the scene. It was snowing! Little white flakes of ice danced down gently kissing the ground. The smile returned to my face as I thought back to mumbling Stephano. I turned around and slid him under an extra layer of soft warm blanket. I heard him purr before grabbing my arm and gently kissing it in his sleep. What was this feeling something screamed in the back of my head as my common sense returned to me. I looked at him and something inside me made me just want to hold him and hug him....It made me quite angry yet content. This emotion was confusing but I liked it. I heard him mumble more sweet words so tenderly in his sleep. I teared up knowing they where for another. The tears seemed to freeze in my eyes as I watching, not bothering to huddle myself in the chair. The temperature was pretty low due to the castle being so old  which was bad for my open wounds. I let the tears slip away as he slept soundly.

When he awoke he sat up and blinked a few times before looking at me in anger and concern. "Milady!" he hopped out of the bed to me. "What are you doing your going to get frostbite! Get under the covers!" I finally met his concerned gaze "W-Wait why are you crying?!" he asked as he helped me up. "Nothing Stephano I'm fine..." I tried to brush off his constant rain of comments. "No." he said sternly holding my shoulders firmly in place. "Please tell me what is wrong what happened...?" I looked at him "Nothing Stephano I'm fine I don't need rest." I fought him weakly, squirming. "Beaux avoir votre manière magnifique..." he whispered gently. Before I could ask him what the heck that meant he swooped me up in his arms and grabbed the blankets. He sat on the bed with me in his arms which  where very warm. "I don't care what you say Aradia you are not fine...and it isn't nothing now tell me..." He turned me to face him "What is wrong? Who made you cry?" I could only choke out one word "...You..." I looked away before I felt his warm hands cup my face "How did I make you cry?" he gently wiped away my newer tears with his thumbs.

We sat in silence for a long while. "I don't know I-I heard you mumbling about a princess and I-I figured it was another girl...and I've n-never felt like a princess until I met you..." I explained slowly my face still eerily close to his. "I would never have another princess you are my princess." he smiles and put my forehead against his "And I will always protect you...princess." The words touched my heart. I just hugged him feeling his warmth flow over me. Then the thought hit me like a bullet t-this fluttery feeling this confusion it's....Love. I was in love with Stephano...
